Have been training here for a few months now. Really great gym with amazing people and super knowledgeable coaches. What more could you want? It’s helped me to get me back on track with my health and fitness in a solid way.

I dropped in for a gym session and to use the sauna and bath house area. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. There's a great mix of indoor and outdoor areas to choose from to do your workout. Absolutely loved a sauna and ice bath post workout, best recovery for deload week! I'll be keeping an eye out for more Strongman equipment for the future!

I have been training with Oran for approx 8 months and, as someone also in the health industry, my mindset has shifted to my training thanks to Oran. The environment at Strength Sanctuary is also so welcoming and calming that I want to go train which has built up my consistency, the most important part of any training regime. The gym also is green with so many plants, boasts an impressive library, available to read while in the gym, and also an impressive recovery centre. Highly recommend this gym!

I’ve been going to Strength Sanctuary for a little over a year now and it’s been the best gym experience I’ve had! I did transform group coaching after signing up and I found them really beneficial, I’ve grown a lot and my confidence in the gym improved tremendously from the coaching. I’ve really loved training with other men and women in the group environment. The recovery facilities are amazing & the atmosphere of the gym is super relaxed and welcoming.

I moved to Brisbane from interstate and found such a beautiful community here at the sanc. I’ve made lifelong friends here. I trialed a couple of commercial gyms before joining the sanc but found them super intimidating and hard to build connections. I’ve been at the sanctuary for a year now - started off with group classes which was a great way to build gym confidence and now I do my own workouts. People are so supportive and friendly - cheering me on when I get PBs 🙏 The gym also has a recovery section - ice baths (if you’re brave enough), sauna and magnesium spa. Also, the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too - and the plants! What a vibe 🌿 I’m also super grateful that my spoodle (Milo) 🐶 is allowed to join me for gym sessions. Location is also perfect as the back door is the entry to a big oval allowing post workout walks/play with Milo 🙌👏 I could not recommend this gym enough! - Chrystal ✌️

Fantastic gym! This space is such a gem - incredible atmosphere, amazing people and such a unique/broad range of machines to workout on. I love being able to do my bench press under a blue sky surrounded by plants. The restoration area is brilliant too - ice bath/magnesium spa under the stars is pure bliss. All the coaches here are great, Callum in particular brings awesome vibes to the group sessions. Couldn't be happier with my choice to join :)

Probably the most authentic and well run gyms in Brisbane if not Queensland. The owners Oran and his partner are extremely kind and knowledgeable when it comes to pretty much all aspects of health and fitness ensuring you feel safe and comfortable when coming to ask questions. It’s a beautiful and unique gym bringing the outside world indoors, and almost every book you could think of. What they have built is nothing short of incredible and you feel the culture they’ve built as soon as you enter the gym. Regardless of your fitness levels this is a gym for everyone, community is key and they’ve absolutely nailed that.

I had my first experience here today and I honestly cannot wait to get back there! It is such a beautiful vibe with plants, books, recovery, and of course plenty of gym equipment. So much to focus on calm, mindfulness and recovery while also focusing on your targeted session. Cannot wait to return thank you so much!

I can’t recommend this gym enough. Oran and the trainers here are kind, knowledgeable people who make you feel completely comfortable regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. The design is beautiful—it feels like an outdoor oasis indoors (and the book collection is amazing). The playlist is perfectly curated to keep your energy levels high. You can feel the incredible community culture they’ve built as soon as you step through the door. If you’re looking for a gym that prioritizes people and authenticity, this is it.

I visited Strength Sanctuary Gym in Stafford and honestly loved the experience. Oran welcomed me straight away and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I arrived. This gym feels different to most, it’s not just about lifting weights, but about looking after your mind, body, and soul. You can really feel the intention behind the space and the way it’s been created. The recovery area is a standout. It’s amazing after a hard training session or even just to unwind after a long day at work. I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for something more than a standard fitness centre. 👌 Bravo! 🏋🏽‍♂️🌿📚🛁
